Our fee structure is as follows:

We charge 7% of billing receipts for all new clients with no set-up and maintenance fees.  With Discounts below, you can pay as little as 5%.  

Discounts:

PPMG/TPS med-mal members receive an automatic .5% discount and if they participate in the med-mal program, the client receives a discount on their med-mal administrative fee between 18-27%.

 If the you utilize the free Practice Management System and enters demographic information, the billing fee is reduced another .5%

In addition, if you provide patient encounter information electronically, the rate is reduced an additional .5%. 

Finally, if you participates in a monthly conference, either in person or via phone, to address coding and billing trends, the rate is reduced an additional .5%.

The net result ......you control your billing cost which can go as low as 5%.
